The Mathematical Company

The end of
human trading

We are building the Rentec of the AI era.

We built the first quant fund where humans are optional. One orchestrator. A swarm of sub-agents. They run the entire strategy lifecycle from hypothesis to live capital, with nobody at the desk.

The market demanded it. NYSE Arca runs 22 hours. ICE paid $2 billion for Polymarket data and now pipes it through NYSE feeds. On October 10, 2025, $19 billion in crypto liquidated in four hours and nobody at any human-supervised fund was awake in time. The day session is a window inside a continuous tape.

One coordinator

Risk correlation Capital gates Approval

The orchestrator is the central nervous system. It coordinates the swarm, monitors risk correlation across every live strategy, and holds the gates that move capital. Assisted mode asks for approval. Autonomous mode runs the gates itself.

Each sub-agent owns a hypothesis and runs it through the full cycle.

What each agent does

  1. Hypothesis

Generate testable claims about market behavior.

  2. Research

Pull point-in-time data. No future contamination.

  3. Coding

Write through the SDK. The math runtime verifies every function.

  4. Robustness

    Walk-forward, regime stress, adversarial scenarios.

  5. Paper

Run on live data without capital. Surface decay early.

  6. Live

Promote under pre-trade compliance. Risk gates enforced.

  7. Retirement

Detect decay. Route to the evolution engine.

  8. Post-mortem

Why it died feeds back into the next hypothesis.

Every other AI-trading pitch breaks on the math. A model writes a formula that looks right. The backtest runs clean. The strategy ships. Capital burns.

Our runtime sits between the model and the strategy. Every generated function passes through symbolic regression and formal verification before it reaches a live system. Math that does not hold does not ship.

Then there is the bias every foundation model carries: lookahead. The training data already contains the future the strategy is supposed to be discovering. We strip that knowledge at inference. The agent reasons only from what was knowable at the time.

Compliance is pre-trade. Audit is by default. The retail version is live. The orchestrator is shipped.

This is what comes after the human in the loop.
